Fedbank Financial Services Limited seeks shareholder approval to raise up to Rs 2,500 crore in debt Back
Fedbank Financial Services Limited increased its aggregate borrowing limits from Rs 18,000 crore to Rs 23,000 crore, and approved a proposal to raise funds through debt instruments, including Non-Convertible Debentures, not exceeding Rs 2,500 crore, both subject to shareholder approval at the company’s upcoming Annual General Meeting. The board also appointed M/s. V. Sankar Aiyar & Co. as Joint Statutory Auditors for three consecutive years, and approved amendments to the company’s Articles of Association, including the deletion of clauses pertaining to True North Fund VI LLP and the common seal.
