BCC Fuba India extends Chandar Vir Singh Juneja's directorship through January 2027 Back

<p>BCC Fuba India Limited announced that its members approved the continuation of Chandar Vir Singh Juneja as a Non-Executive Independent Director beyond the age of 75 years, up to January 8, 2027, and revised the terms and conditions of appointment for Executive Director Abhinav Bhardwaj, effective September 1, 2025, with a tenure ending August 31, 2030, including a revised monthly basic salary of Rs 350,000 for the financial years 2026-2027, 2027-2028, and 2028-2029.</p>
