<p>Gujarat Lease Financing Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange of India that the trading window for dealing in securities of the company by designated persons will be closed from October 01, 2026, and will reopen 48 hours after the submission of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, to the stock exchanges.</p>
