<p>PTC India Limited, in association with NLC India Renewables Limited, has incorporated a joint venture company named NIRL PTC RENEWABLES LIMITED (CIN: U35105TN2026GOI197973) on September 16, 2026, to develop Green Energy Projects, with PTC India Limited holding a 26% shareholding, equivalent to 26,000 equity shares, while NLC India Renewables Limited holds 74%.</p>
