<p>Orient Bell Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. that the trading window for dealing in the company's shares by Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives will be closed from October 1, 2026, and will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.</p>
