Mahindra Lifespace Developers to acquire balance stake in Mahindra Homes Back

Mahindra Lifespace Developers (MLDL), subsidiary of the Mahindra & Mahindra has executed a Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) with Actis Mahi Holdings (Singapore) (AMHSPL) and Mahindra Homes (MHPL), and completed the acquisition of the entire stake held by AMHSPL in MHPL. <p> Upon completion of this transaction by MLDL, MHPL would become a wholly owned subsidiary of MLDL and in turn a step-down subsidiary of Mahindra & Mahindra.
