Mahindra Lifespace sells stake in Ample Parks to Omega for up to Rs 80 crore Back

<p>Mahindra Lifespace Developers Limited said its Committee for Investment/Land Appraisal has approved the sale of its entire stake in associate companies Ample Parks and Logistics Private Limited, Ample Parks Project 1 Private Limited, Ample Parks Project 2 Private Limited and Ample Parks MMR Private Limited to Omega Warehouse Holdings 2 Limited for a consideration not exceeding Rs 80 crore, with the transaction expected to be completed by December 31, 2026, or a mutually agreed date.</p>
