Nitin Castings Limited will hold a board meeting on August 14, 2026, to approve the standalone unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and appoint M/s. NKJ & Associates as Cost Auditor for the financial year 2026-27. The company has also closed its trading window for securities from July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results on the stock exchange, in accordance with SEBI regulations.
