Bosch Home Comfort India appoints Sangeetha Chhajed as Independent Director for five years Back

<p>Bosch Home Comfort India Limited, formerly Johnson Controls-Hitachi Air Conditioning India Limited, announced the cessation of Mrs. Shalini Kamath’s term as an Independent Director, effective September 30, 2026, and the appointment of Mrs. Sangeetha Chhajed as an Independent Director for a five-year period starting October 1, 2026. Mrs. Chhajed, aged 54, is a Chartered Accountant and holds a CFA qualification, currently serving as Vice President – Client Relationship at Sutherland Global.</p>
