| <p>Mukta Arts Limited informed the BSE and National Stock Exchange of India that it executed a Shareholders Agreement and Securities Subscription Agreement on September 23, 2026, with Mukta A2 Cinemas Private Limited, Rajiv Malhotra, and Sunil Shamrao Patil, who is investing up to Rs 10 crore in Mukta A2. Following the investment, Mukta A2 will cease to be a subsidiary of Mukta Arts Limited and become an associate company, diluting Mukta Arts Limited’s shareholding to approximately between 49% and 42%, while the company will not issue shares to any of the parties involved.</p> |
