<p>JM Financial Limited announced that its Allotment Committee has approved the allotment of 45,000 equity shares with a face value of Rs 1 each, following the exercise of stock options by eligible employees under its Employees’ Stock Option Scheme, with 25,000 shares allotted under ESOS – Series 1 and 20,000 shares under ESOS – Series 1.</p>
