Baba Arts promoters seek reclassification to 'Public' category, notifying the BSE Back
<p>Baba Arts Limited informed the BSE on November 7, 2026, that it received requests from promoters Mr. Gordhan P. Tanwani and Mr. Rahul G Tanwani to be reclassified from the 'Promoter' category to the 'Public' category, in accordance with Regulation 31A of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.</p>
