Virinchi allots 74 lakh convertible warrants to Vivo Bio Tech Back
Virinchi has allotted 74,00,000 convertible equity warrants at an issue price of Rs 28 (face value of Rs 10 and premium of Rs 18) per share on preferential basis to promoter group entity, Vivo Bio Tech on 09 January 2026.
