<p>The Sandur Manganese & Iron Ores Limited announced that its board of directors approved the incorporation of a wholly owned subsidiary, Royal Sandur MedTech Private Limited, with an authorized capital of Rs 10,00,000, comprised of 10,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each. The new entity will focus on the manufacturing of medical devices and consumables, including surgical products, diagnostic products, and healthcare consumables, and is subject to applicable regulatory approvals.</p>
