<p>Rajapalayam Mills Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for its Directors and Designated Persons, along with their immediate relatives, will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and six months ending September 30, 2026.</p>
