<p>Timken India Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that the trading window will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the submission and publication of the company’s financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, to the stock exchanges following approval by the Board of Directors.</p>
