BEML closes trading window for insider trading until after Q2 financial results Back
<p>BEML Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and the BSE Limited that the trading window for insider trading of the company's securities will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the second quarter ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.</p>
