<p>Apollo Tyres Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange of India that the trading window for securities of the company will be closed for designated persons from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter ending September 30, 2026, in compliance with Securities and Exchange Board of India regulations.</p>
