<p>Sagar Systech Limited informed BSE Limited that it is closing its trading window for dealing in the company's shares, effective from October 1, 2026, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's Code of Practice and Procedure for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026.</p>
