IRCTC to halt securities trading from October 1, 2026, pending financial results Back

<p>Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation Limited (IRCTC) will close its trading window for securities from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of its unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, in accordance with its “Code of Conduct for Regulating & Reporting Trading by Designated Persons & their Immediate Relatives” and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.</p>
