Mr. Mulgund, who brings over 24 years of experience in the automotive sector, most recently served as a Partner at EY-Parthenon and previously held roles at Aisin AW, FEV Inc., and Ricardo Strategic Consulting, India, will join the company’s Leadership Team and be designated as Senior Management under the Listing Regulations.
