RITES Limited closes equity trading window for insiders ahead of financial results Back
<p>RITES Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in equity shares of the company for all designated persons and their immediate relatives will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending on September 30, 2026.</p>
