Jay Bhatt & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for a five-year term, effective from the conclusion of the annual general meeting until the conclusion of the annual general meeting to be held in fiscal year 2031-32, and the re-appointment of Mr. Vikash Kulhriya as an Independent Director for a second term, also until the conclusion of the annual general meeting in fiscal year 2031-32.</p>
