SecureKloud Technologies Limited will hold a board meeting on August 10, 2026, to approve the unaudited financial results for both standalone and consolidated entities for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and will submit the results and a limited review report to the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited as per SEBI regulations.
