UPL Limited to restrict trading for insiders ahead of September 2026 financial results Back

<p>UPL Limited will close its trading window for designated persons from September 30, 2026, in connection with the finalization of the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ending September 30, 2026, according to a filing with the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd.
