| <p>Jindal Stainless Limited announced it has acquired an additional 7% equity stake in Amp in C&I Three Private Limited, a special purpose vehicle formed in collaboration with Amp in C&I Private Limited, bringing its total stake to 24.21%. The acquisition, involving a cash consideration of Rs 5.08 crore, will contribute to a 40 MW intra-state solar group captive renewable energy project intended to meet the power requirements of Jindal Stainless’ plants and support its commitment to net zero carbon emissions by 2050.</p> |
