Ramkrishna Forgings allots 34 lakh convertible warrants Back
Ramkrishna Forgings has approved the allotment of 34 lakh convertible warrants at an issue price of Rs 588 per warrant aggregating to Rs 199.92 crore up on receipt of 25% of the issue price upfront aggregating to Rs 49.98 crore.
