Coforge allots 7.40 lakh equity shares under ESOP Back
Coforge has allotted 7,40,714 equity shares under ESOP on 16 January 2026. Consequently the paid-up share capital of the Company has gone up to 33,57,82,522 equity shares of face value of Rs. 2/- each aggregating to Rs. 67,15,65,044.
