Brahmayya & Co, Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 000515S) as the company's Statutory Auditors for a term of five consecutive years, from the conclusion of the 58th Annual General Meeting till the conclusion of the 63rd AGM, replacing K.S. Rao & Co., Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 003109S), who had served for two consecutive five-year terms.</p>
