| <p>Kalpataru Limited announced that Kalpataru Properties Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary, will acquire 8,00,83,333 equity shares, representing 16.67% of the equity share capital, of Agile Real Estate Private Limited and 12,284 equity shares, also 16.67%, of Agile Real Estate Dev Private Limited for a consideration of Rs 5,205.42 crore and Rs 49.14 crore respectively. Upon completion of the acquisition, both Agile Real Estate Private Limited and Agile Real Estate Dev Private Limited, which are developing the Kalpataru Parkcity project at Thane, will become wholly-owned subsidiaries of Kalpataru Properties Limited and step-down wholly-owned subsidiaries of Kalpataru Limited.</p> |
