<p>PI Industries Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange of India that the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will be closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ending September 30, 2026, become generally available, with the declaration date to be communicated later.</p>
