<p>KEC International Ltd. will close its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, according to a filing with the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited.</p>
