<p>Simplex Papers Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will be closed for directors, officers, designated persons, and connected persons from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the un-audited financial results for the quarter ending September 30, 2026, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.</p>
