<p>Oriental Trimex Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that the trading window for its Designated Persons, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Officers and their immediate relatives will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the un-audited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, become generally available to the public.</p>
