<p>Hinduja Global Solutions Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that the trading window for dealing in equity shares of the company will be closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives from Thursday, October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter ending September 30, 2026, with the date of the board meeting to be announced later.</p>
