<p>E-Land Apparel Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will be closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives from Thursday, October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.</p>
