<p>Ashiana Housing Ltd. will close its trading window for designated persons, their immediate relatives, and insiders starting October 1, 2026, in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company’s code of conduct. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the announcement of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026.</p>
