<p>Star Cement Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will be closed for all directors, officers, designated persons, and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the un-audited financial results for the second quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, are approved by the board of directors and filed with the stock exchanges.</p>
