Himadri Speciality Chemical Ltd. announced that its Nomination and Remuneration Committee has allotted 13,576 equity shares of Re. 1 each to eligible employees upon the exercise of options under the "Himadri Employee Stock Option Plan 2016," with an exercise price of Rs 140 per share. Consequently, the company's issued and paid-up capital increased to Rs 50,45,74,175, comprising 50,45,74,175 equity shares of Re. 1 each.
