Gokak Textiles closes trading window for insiders ahead of September 2026 results Back
<p>Gokak Textiles Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that the trading window for its equity shares will be closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, become generally available, with the date of the board meeting to be announced later.</p>
