<p>GTN Industries Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in the company's shares will be closed for designated persons from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours from the date of declaration of financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, with a board meeting scheduled on or before November 14, 2026, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and (Amendment) Regulations, 2018.</p>
