<p>GSS Infotech Limited will close its trading window for designated persons, including promoters, directors, and employees, from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of the company’s unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the second quarter ending September 30, 2026, in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.</p>
