Motilal Oswal Financial Services Limited announced that its Finance Committee approved the allotment of 1,76,529 equity shares to option grantees who exercised their options under the company’s “Motilal Oswal Financial Services Limited – Employees’ Stock Option Scheme,” including ESOP Scheme VI (32,000 shares), ESOP Scheme VII (4,102 shares), ESOP Scheme VIII (56,152 shares), ESOP Scheme IX (62,500 shares), and ESOP Scheme X (21,775 shares), according to a regulatory filing on August 12, 2026.
