<p>Kiri Industries Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that the trading window for dealing in Equity Shares of the company will be closed from Thursday, October 01, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and half-year ending on September 30, 2026, in accordance with the company’s code of conduct and SEBI regulations.</p>
