<p>Bajaj Auto Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange of India that the trading window for its securities will be closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the second quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026.</p>
