<p>Linde India Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. and BSE Limited that the trading window for its designated persons and their immediate relatives will be closed from October 1, 2026, in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, ahead of the board’s approval and announcement of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026.</p>
