| <p>Axtel Industries Limited entered into a Technology Licensing Agreement with the Foundation for Science, Innovation and Development (FSID), Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bengaluru, for licensing of technology related to a Cryogenic Counter-Rotating Pin-Disc Impact Milling System, including the delivery of a prototype system and technical support. Under the agreement, Axtel will pay up to Rs 3 crore for the prototype equipment and royalties linked to sales, capped at Rs 3 crore, and is expected to access and commercialize advanced cryogenic grinding/milling technology, expanding its technological capabilities.</p> |
