| <p>Seasons Textiles Limited informed the BSE Ltd. and Calcutta Stock Exchange Ltd. that it will close the trading window for its designated persons from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the approval and declaration of unaudited financial results for the half yearly and quarter ending September 30, 2026, in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The company has also updated information on the CDSL portal to restrict trading by designated persons by freezing their PAN at security level, i.e. ISIN: INE707B01010, as per SEBI circular SEBI/HO/ISD/ISD-PoD-2/P /CIR/2023/124 dated July 19, 2023.</p> |
