VRL Logistics closes securities trading window ahead of September 2026 results Back

<p>VRL Logistics Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange of India that the trading window for dealing in securities of the company will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours from the date of declaration of financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.</p>
