<p>Sinclairs Hotels Limited announced that shareholders at the 54th Annual General Meeting on September 15, 2026, approved the re-appointment of Mr. Sanjeev Kumar Khandelwal as a Non-executive Independent Director for a second term of five years, effective May 26, 2027, and Mr. Swajib Swapan Chatterjee as Manager for a period of five years, also commencing May 26, 2027.</p>
