<p>TCI Finance Limited will close its trading window for designated persons, their immediate relatives, and connected persons from the start of trading hours on October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s unaudited financial results for the second quarter ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.</p>
